How do you work with clients?
It depends on what you need. We can provide technical leadership, work alongside your existing team, or take ownership of designing and building the product.
Do you work with existing engineering teams?
Absolutely. We can step in alongside your team, provide senior technical direction, solve difficult engineering problems, or lead the work when additional technical leadership is needed.
Can you act as a fractional CTO?
Yes. We work with companies that need experienced technical leadership without hiring a full-time CTO, from architecture and technology strategy to team structure and roadmap decisions.
What happens after launch?
We can stay involved as a long-term engineering partner, provide ongoing technical support, or transition the software to your team with the documentation and knowledge they need to own it.
How soon can you start?
We'll discuss availability during our initial conversation. For the right project, we can often begin with discovery and technical planning before development starts.
What does it cost?
Projects are priced based on their scope, complexity, and the level of involvement we provide. We'll define the engagement and expectations before development begins.
Are you big enough for our project?
We may be small by intention, but our capabilities are not. Our founders are still hands-on, and we can take ownership of complex projects from architecture through production. We can also bring in trusted specialists to the team if a project demands more expertise.
Do you work on large or complex projects?
Yes. Team size does not determine the work we can do. We have experience building applications with complex architecture, integrations, real-time capabilities, mobile applications, and production systems.
Why go to a small studio rather than a bigger consultancy?
You get to work with the people making the technical decisions and writing the software. There are fewer layers, faster decisions and real accountability from start to finish.
Can you scale the team if needed by the project?
Yeah. We purposely keep our core team small, bringing in trusted specialists when a project needs a little extra skill or capacity. You get the expertise you need without having to build a large team around the project.
